Miller Dimension 650 Multiprocess Welder with ArcReach (380/460V) (907617001)

The Miller Dimension 650 with ArcReach (907617001) is a three-phase, 380/460V DC multiprocess welder rated 100% duty cycle at 650 amps. It covers stick, lift-arc TIG, short-arc MIG, flux-cored and submerged arc, and weighs 158 lbs.

The case is all aluminum to resist corrosion, an input indicator guards against poor-quality power, Wind Tunnel Technology keeps dirt and dust off the electronics, and Fan-On-Demand runs the fan only when needed. On 460V it draws 43 amps. Gouging mode provides 800 amps of usable power, and three wire modes cover solid wire, flux-cored and sub-arc, with arc control for out-of-position work.

ArcReach allows the power source to be controlled remotely without a control cord, so parameter changes are made at the work and fewer cables cross the jobsite. Auto-Process Select sets the weld process from the polarity of the connected accessory, and the unit works with the Miller ArcReach Heater system for preheat and bakeout.
