Miller Deltaweld 500 MIG Power Source w/ ArcConnect (575V) (907786)

The Miller Deltaweld 500 (907786) is a three-phase DC MIG and flux-cored power source built for 575V input only, with an output range of 20-650A and 10-44V. It connects through ArcConnect cables and has no 14-pin receptacle.

Accu-Pulse gives fine control of the pulsed arc and puddle, and ArcConnect uses high-speed signaling so weld controls can be located at the wire feeder. EZ-Set parameters, Fan-On-Demand cooling and Wind Tunnel Technology come standard, with a dedicated CC gouging mode for carbons up to 3/8 in.

The machine is rated 100% duty cycle at 500A and 60% at 575A, provides auxiliary power and weighs 145 lbs. An Intellx or Intellx Pro wire feeder, sold separately, is recommended to use its full capabilities; the package contains the Deltaweld 500 power source.
