Miller Deltaweld 500 MIG Power Source w/ ArcConnect (230/460V) (907785)

The Miller Deltaweld 500 (907785) is a three-phase DC MIG and flux-cored power source for 230/460V input, with an output range of 20-650A and 10-44V. This version connects through ArcConnect cables and does not have a 14-pin receptacle.

Accu-Pulse gives fine control of the pulsed arc and the molten puddle, and ArcConnect uses high-speed signaling so weld controls can be placed at the wire feeder. EZ-Set parameters, Fan-On-Demand cooling and Wind Tunnel Technology are standard, and a dedicated CC gouging mode is rated for carbons up to 3/8 in.

Rated 100% duty cycle at 500A and 60% at 575A, the machine also supplies auxiliary power and weighs 145 lbs. An Intellx or Intellx Pro wire feeder, not included, is recommended to use all of its capabilities; the package contains the Deltaweld 500 power source with meters.
