Miller Deltaweld 500 MIG Power Source w/ 14-Pin & ArcConnect (575V) (907786001)

The Miller Deltaweld 500 is a three-phase DC MIG and flux-cored power source with an output range of 20-650A and 10-44V. This version, 907786001, carries both a 14-pin receptacle and an ArcConnect receptacle, along with digital meters.

Accu-Pulse gives fine control of the pulsed arc and the molten puddle, while ArcConnect uses high-speed signaling so weld controls can sit at the wire feeder rather than the power source. EZ-Set parameters, Fan-On-Demand cooling and Wind Tunnel Technology are built in, and a dedicated CC gouging mode handles carbons up to 3/8 in.

The machine is rated 100% duty cycle at 500A and 60% at 575A, provides auxiliary power, and weighs 145 lbs. Pairing it with an Intellx or Intellx Pro wire feeder is recommended to use its full feature set; the feeder is not included, and the package contains the Deltaweld 500 power source with digital meters.
