Miller Bobcat 200 Air Pak Diesel Welder Generator (907760)

The Miller Bobcat 200 Air Pak Diesel (907760) is an engine-drive welder generator with a built-in air compressor and battery charge capability. It delivers up to 210 amps of DC stick welding output and 6,500 watts of continuous generator power.

A 19 HP Kubota D722 diesel with a 60 amp alternator, electronic governor, 7-gallon fuel tank and standard block heater drives the unit, and Auto-Speed technology matches engine speed to weld and battery charge demand. The battery charge/crank assist supplies up to 100 amps of DC current for 12 and 24-volt batteries, and up to 300 amps of crank assist for equipment with weak batteries.

The 30 CFM rotary-screw compressor delivers 20 CFM at idle and 30 CFM at full speed, with a working pressure of 80-175 PSI, an electric clutch for on/off, a 100% duty cycle and a 2-quart oil capacity; it shuts down automatically at 200 PSI. The control panel carries compressor, battery charge and engine switches, maintenance indicator lights and four 120V plus one 240V receptacles.
