Miller Big Blue 500 Pro Kubota Welder/Generator (907736)

The Miller Big Blue 500 Pro (907736) is a Kubota diesel welder generator delivering 500 amps of DC weld output. Its generator produces 27,000 peak watts on three-phase or 15,000 watts on single phase, with 20,000 watts of continuous three-phase power.

The Kubota heavy-duty T4i diesel uses diesel oxidation catalyst technology and requires no exhaust aftertreatment maintenance. An electronic engine display shows fuel level, engine hours, coolant temperature, oil pressure, battery volts and engine RPM simultaneously, keeps track of oil change intervals and displays engine diagnostics for servicing.

For welding, the machine handles stick, MIG, flux-cored and TIG work with digital meters using SunVision technology, a standard 14-pin receptacle with auto-remote sense, an industrial USB port, low OCV stick, adjustable hot start, output control and auto-idle. An HD powder coat resists rust and corrosion.
