Miller Big Blue 500 Pro Kubota Deluxe Welder/Generator w/ArcReach (907736001)

The Miller Big Blue 500 Pro Kubota Deluxe (907736001) is a Kubota diesel welder generator delivering 500 amps of DC weld output. As the Deluxe model it comes with ArcReach technology, a polarity reversing switch and a vandalism lockout kit.

The generator produces 27,000 peak watts on three-phase or 15,000 watts on single phase, with 20,000 watts of continuous three-phase power. The Kubota heavy-duty T4i diesel uses diesel oxidation catalyst technology and needs no exhaust aftertreatment maintenance. ArcReach must be paired with a compatible device; it then allows weld settings to be changed at the feeder without a control cord.

An electronic engine display shows fuel level, engine hours, coolant temperature, oil pressure, battery volts and engine RPM at once, tracks oil change intervals and displays engine diagnostics. The welder side has digital meters with SunVision technology, a 14-pin receptacle with auto-remote sense, an industrial USB port, low OCV stick, adjustable hot start, output control, auto-idle and an HD powder coat.
