Miller Big Blue 400 PipePro Mitsubishi Welder/Generator w/WIC (907805001)

The Miller Big Blue 400 PipePro ArcReach (907805001) is a Mitsubishi-powered diesel welder generator with 400 amps of weld output and 10,000 watts of continuous generator power. It adds Wireless Interface Control (WIC) for running the machine from elsewhere on the jobsite.

From a remote position on the jobsite, WIC lets the operator change the welding process and its parameters, store and recall preset programs, switch the machine on or off and see service reminders, with no walk back to the unit. Connecting the lead from the power source hands all controls to the ArcReach feeder, and control signals travel over the existing weld cable, so no control cords are needed. A Stick/TIG remote can also be used.

Dynamic DIG sets short-clearing current with a time-based algorithm rather than a preset amount, for a smoother arc that can be adjusted to the material, fit-up and technique. Standard features include digital meters with SunVision technology, an industrial USB port, adjustable hot start, automatic engine idle, a 120V block heater, low OCV stick, thermal overload protection, a 14-pin receptacle and an HD powder coat.
