Miller Big Blue 400 PipePro Mitsubishi Stainless Welder/Generator w/WIC (907805)

The Miller Big Blue 400 PipePro (907805) is a Mitsubishi-powered engine-drive welder generator in its Stainless version, rated 400 amps DC at a 100% duty cycle. ArcReach lets weld settings be changed from a compatible feeder or Stick/TIG remote over the weld cable.

Dynamic DIG uses a time-based algorithm to supply just the current needed to clear a short, rather than a preset amount, so the arc stays smoother and more consistent and can be matched to the material, fit-up and welder technique. ArcReach sends its control signals over the existing weld cable, so no separate control cords are required.

Operators get digital meters with SunVision technology, simple-to-set controls, an industrial USB port, adjustable hot start and a standard 14-pin receptacle. Automatic engine idle, a 120V block heater, low OCV stick, thermal overload protection and an HD powder coat that resists rust and corrosion are also part of the package.
