Miller ArcReach Smart Feeder with PipeWorx MIG Gun (951733)

The Miller ArcReach Smart Feeder (951733) gives remote voltage control at the feeder up to 200 ft from the power source with no control cord, and runs RMD and pulsed MIG. It comes with a 15 ft Bernard PipeWorx 300 A MIG gun and needs an ArcReach power source.

Setup is a 1-ott or 2-ott cable from the power source to the feeder; once connected, all controls shift to the feeder automatically. RMD (regulated metal deposition) and pulsed MIG allow procedures with one wire and one gas, removing process changeover time, and can eliminate backing gas on some stainless and chrome-moly work. ArcReach adds cable length compensation and removes the need for control cords.

The package contains the ArcReach Smart Feeder and a 15 ft Bernard PipeWorx 300 A MIG gun with Centerfire consumables. Drive rolls must be ordered separately. The feeder is rated 60% duty cycle at 275 A and weighs 55 lbs.
