Mercury Verado 300 HP XXL V8 Outboard, 30" Shaft, DTS, White

A new Mercury Verado 300 HP XXL outboard in white: a V8 four-stroke with a 30-inch extra-extra-long shaft and SmartCraft Digital Throttle & Shift. It displaces 4.6L, weighs 600 lbs and uses EFI with power trim and tilt.

DTS is joined by electro-hydraulic, automotive-style power steering. The Advanced MidSection (AMS) shifts the engine mounts aft and outward to reduce vibration, and engine noise is lowered with a tuned multi-chamber air intake, fuel-injector covers and a sealed cowl.

Adaptive Speed Control holds a chosen RPM through changes in load or conditions with the throttle lever left in place, and Advanced Sound Control switches the dual muffler between a quiet mode and a deeper tone. An owner's manual, mounting hardware and a tool kit are included; the propeller is not.
