Mercury JET 25MLHGA 25 HP FourStroke Jet Outboard, 15" Shaft, Manual Start

The Mercury JET 25MLHGA is a 25 HP FourStroke jet outboard with manual start, tiller steering, gas-assist trim and electronic fuel injection. A jet pump replaces the gearcase and sits level with the bottom of the boat, letting it operate in shallow water that a propeller-driven outboard cannot reach.

A stainless steel impeller in the pump resists abrasive material such as sand and shells pulled through with the water. The three-cylinder powerhead sits on a 15-inch short shaft, and the motor weighs 186 lb. Included with the motor are an owner's manual, mounting hardware, a tool kit, a 6.6-gallon fuel tank and a quick-connect fuel line.
