Mercury 5 HP 5MH Four-Stroke Outboard, 15" Shaft, Tiller

The Mercury 5MH is a 5 HP single-cylinder four-stroke outboard with a 15-inch short shaft, tiller throttle and shift, and manual start. It weighs 57 lbs, displaces 123 cc and runs 4,500–5,500 RPM at full throttle.

The engine uses a two-valve pushrod overhead-valve design and draws from a 0.3-gallon internal fuel tank. Trim and tilt are manual and rotation is standard. Standard equipment includes a 7.4 x 7.0-inch three-blade composite propeller, an integrated carry handle, a safety lanyard stop switch, a tool kit and the owner's manual, in Phantom Black.
