Mercury's 250 HP XXL FourStroke outboard with a 30-inch extra-extra-long shaft and DTS (Digital Throttle & Shift) controls. It has electric start, EFI fuel induction and power trim and tilt, and weighs 527 lbs.

DTS gives electronic throttle and shift in place of mechanical cables. Full-throttle operating range is 5,200–6,000 RPM. An owner's manual, mounting hardware and a tool kit are included; the propeller is not included.
