The Mercury 225 HP CXL FourStroke is an EFI four-stroke outboard in white, with a 25-inch extra-long shaft and Digital Throttle & Shift. It has electric start and power trim and tilt, and counter rotation is available.

An owner's manual, mounting hardware and a tool kit come with the motor. The white finish is offered in three shades: warm fusion, cold fusion and pearl fusion white.
