The Mercury 2.5MH is a 2.5 HP single-cylinder four-stroke outboard with a 15-inch short shaft, tiller control that turns 360 degrees and manual start. It displaces 85 cc and runs 5,000–6,000 RPM at full throttle.
This compact motor suits aluminum tiller boats, soft-hull inflatables, jon boats, utility boats and sailboats. Trim and tilt are manual and rotation is standard. Included are a 7.4 x 7.0-inch three-blade composite propeller, integrated carry handle, safety lanyard stop switch, 0.3-gallon internal fuel tank, tool kit and owner's manual, in Phantom Black.
