The Mercury 15ELPT ProKicker EFI is a 15 HP inline two-cylinder four-stroke outboard of 333 cc (20.3 ci), set up for remote throttle controls. It has electric starting, a 20-inch long shaft and a weight of 114 lbs, with a full-throttle range of 5,700 to 6,200 RPM.

The propeller is a 3-blade aluminum unit, 9.2 inches in diameter with a 9.1-inch pitch, and the finish is Phantom Black. Standard equipment includes a safety lanyard stop switch, a 3.2-gallon remote fuel tank with a quick-connect fuel line, a tool kit and the owner's manual.
