The Mercury 15ELHPT ProKicker EFI is a 15 HP inline two-cylinder four-stroke outboard of 333 cc (20.3 ci) with a 4-blade high-thrust propeller. It has electric starting, remote throttle controls and a 20-inch long shaft, and weighs 114 lbs.

Its full-throttle operating range is 5,700 to 6,200 RPM, and the motor is finished in Phantom Black. Standard equipment includes the 4-blade high-thrust propeller, a safety lanyard stop switch, a 3.2-gallon remote fuel tank with a quick-connect fuel line, a tool kit and the owner's manual.
