The Mercury 15ELH EFI is a 15 HP inline two-cylinder four-stroke tiller outboard with a 333 cc (20.3 ci) displacement. It starts electrically, has a 20-inch long shaft and weighs 114 lbs, with a full-throttle range of 5,700 to 6,200 RPM.

The motor wears a Phantom Black finish and is fitted with a 3-blade aluminum propeller of 9.2-inch diameter and 9.1-inch pitch. Standard equipment includes a safety lanyard stop switch, a 3.2-gallon remote fuel tank with a quick-connect fuel line, a tool kit and the owner's manual.
