MerCruiser 350 MPI 300 PS Bravo / Alpha Engine 8M0093550 (S/N 0W310000 and Up)

A MerCruiser 350 MPI 5.7L (350 cubic inch) marine engine with multi-port fuel injection and standard / left-hand rotation, compatible with Bravo and Alpha drive systems. It is suited to repowering 2005 and later MerCruiser 5.0L Bravo sterndrives.

The build uses a nodular iron crankshaft, roller camshaft and Quicksilver iron cylinder heads with screw-in rocker studs, stainless steel valves and 9.4:1 hypereutectic pistons. The fuel system pairs a two-piece aluminum intake manifold with new fuel injectors and TPS and TMAP sensors. Cooling is water-cooled with a thermostat, and the engine runs on 87 octane unleaded gasoline. It weighs 450 kg (990 lbs).

Included components are the harmonic balancer, oil pan, circulating water pump, NGK spark plugs, crank and knock sensors and ignition wires. A voucher for an ECM or PCM is included to help convert a MerCruiser 5.0L MPI into a 350 MPI. Suggested upkeep: oil and filter every 100 hours or annually, and spark plugs and fuel filter every 300 hours.
