Lincoln SAE 300 MP Kubota T4 Welder Generator (K4090-1)
The Lincoln SAE 300 MP is a multi-process diesel welder generator using pure DC generator technology for pipe, construction and maintenance welding. A 3-cylinder, water-cooled Kubota diesel meeting EPA Tier 4 produces 24.7 HP at 1800 RPM for 50-390 A DC welding plus 3,000 watts of AC power.
Two continuous dials set voltage and current precisely for critical pipe work, so the arc can dig for root and hot passes with cellulosic electrode or soften for low hydrogen passes. The rotating armature and field coil system uses copper windings, and electrodes up to 7/32 inch can be run. A fuel gauge is on the control panel, and a curved exhaust pipe is included, now supplied without a flapper.
