Lincoln Ranger 250 GXT Welder/Generator (K2382-4)
The Lincoln Ranger 250 GXT is a gasoline engine-drive AC/DC welder generator rated 250 A at 100% duty cycle, with 11,000 watts peak and 10,000 watts continuous single-phase AC power. Its totally enclosed case has three service access doors.
AC/DC output handles a broad range of stick electrodes. AC TIG welding on aluminum and other alloys is possible with the optional TIG Module and a foot or hand Amptrol, and MIG and flux-cored welding with optional equipment. A 6-pin connector and local/remote switch allow remote control. Sound level is 76.4 dBA at 23 ft (7 m), with 100.7 dB sound power at rated output.
The 23 HP Kohler gasoline engine is a 2-cylinder, 4-cycle, overhead-valve, air-cooled unit with an electric fuel pump to prevent vapor lock and an oil drain extension. It runs from a 12-gallon tank, with an electric fuel gauge on the control panel. Welding and generator outputs are rated at 104 F (40 C).
