Lincoln Power MIG 360 Multiprocess Welder Aluminum Auto Repair One-Pak (K4663-1)

The Lincoln Power MIG 360 Aluminum Auto Repair One-Pak (K4663-1) is a 5-360 amp multiprocess welder with pulsed MIG and pulsed TIG, rated 60% duty cycle at 320 amps. The package adds a 25 ft push-pull gun, a 3/64-inch aluminum drive roll kit and a 16 lb spool of 5554 3/64-inch SuperGlaze wire.

A 7-inch color display handles common setup. Pulsed MIG alternates peak and background current to control heat input and limit warping and burn-through, with GMAW-P waveforms for aluminum, carbon steel, HSLA steel, stainless and nickel alloys. Pulse-on-Pulse produces a stacked-dime bead when MIG welding aluminum, and Power Mode regulates output power quickly for thin steel and stainless.

TIG Pulse is switched in the advanced menu and set with one knob over 0.5-19.5 Hz or 17.6-303 Hz, with background current at 60% of peak and on-time fixed at 50%. Other features: run-in, preflow/postflow, arc control, a spot timer, an angled gun connection, two 115V front outlets, a front handle, a coil claw and a side tool holder. Input is 208-575V single phase, 60 Hz.
