Lincoln Power MIG 140 MP Multi-Process Welder TIG One-Pak (K4499-1)
The Lincoln Power MIG 140 MP TIG One-Pak (K4499-1) is a 120V single-phase MIG, flux-cored, stick and DC TIG welder supplied with a TIG torch and foot control. It welds material up to 3/16 inch in a single pass and is ready for MIG and stick out of the box.
DC TIG is limited to mild and stainless steel; welding aluminum requires the separately purchased SG100 spool gun (K4360-1). Operation uses two knobs and a single process-selection button, drive rolls change without tools, a switch selects spool gun or standard MIG gun, and the machine uses oversized twist connectors.
Included: 12.5 ft air-cooled TIG torch, wired foot control, 10 ft Magnum Pro 100L MIG gun (8-pin), 10 ft electrode holder and lead, 10 ft work clamp and lead, Harris regulator with 4.5 ft hose, 2 lb spool of .025 L56 MIG wire, 1 lb spool of .035 NR211 flux-core wire, .025 and .035 contact tips, flux-core and gas nozzles, 8-inch spool adapter and a .025-.035 dual-track drive roll.
