Lincoln Classic 300 HE Kubota T4 Welder Generator (K3198-1)

The Lincoln Classic 300 HE is a diesel engine-drive welder built on Lincoln Electric's pure DC generator design for pipe, construction and maintenance welding. A 3-cylinder, water-cooled Kubota diesel running at 1800 RPM powers it and meets EPA Tier 4 requirements.

Five overlapping current ranges with fine tuning inside each range suit stick welding and other processes where slope control is wanted. Copper windings support arc stability. Output is rated 300 A at a 60% duty cycle and 100% at 250 A, and the machine handles electrodes up to 7/32 inch, including Fleetweld 5P+ cellulosic and Excalibur low hydrogen types. Listed processes are stick, MIG, TIG, flux-cored and air carbon arc cutting and gouging.
