The Honda BF5DHLHNA is a 5 HP single-cylinder four-stroke portable outboard with a 20-inch shaft, tiller steering and manual start. It weighs 61 lbs, displaces 127 cc and has a 5,000–6,000 RPM full-throttle range.

Fuel is fed by a carburetor from an integrated 0.4 gallon tank, and an external fuel tank fitting is also provided. The motor comes with a propeller, a stop switch lanyard and the owner's manual.
