Honda BF40D4LRTA 40 HP Four-Stroke Outboard Motor, 20" Shaft
The Honda BF40D4LRTA is a 40 HP four-stroke outboard with a 20-inch shaft, remote mechanical steering and electric start. Its 808 cc three-cylinder engine uses programmed electronic fuel injection, and the motor weighs 216 lbs.
BLAST (Boosted Low Speed Torque) is activated by a quick throttle movement to help the boat get on plane, and Lean Burn Control permits a leaner air-to-fuel mixture. The full-throttle range is 5,000 to 6,000 RPM. A charging system, power trim and tilt and the owner's manual are standard. A propeller is not included.
