Quantity

The ESAB Rebel EMP 235ic (0558012702) is a single-phase, dual-input-voltage DC multiprocess welder for MIG, flux-cored, stick and TIG, rated 40% duty cycle at 235A. It delivers 5-250A on 230V, welds plate up to 1/2 in and handles both short-arc and spray transfer.

sMIG arc control tracks the arc and adapts to the operator's technique. Basic mode needs only wire diameter and material thickness, and Advanced mode gives full control of arc characteristics. The 4.3-inch color LCD shows settings, consumable part numbers and the user manual, weld parameters can be stored, and the machine takes 4, 8 and 12 inch spools of .023-.045 in wire. MIG adjustments cover voltage trim, inductance, burnback and pre/post-flow; stick adds hot start and arc force; TIG uses lift arc. It is DC only and will not TIG weld aluminum.

Included are the power source, a 15 ft Tweco Spraymaster 250 MIG gun, a 10 ft Tweco 200A electrode holder, a 10 ft ground clamp with leads, a Victor argon flow gauge regulator with 12.5 ft hose, ten 7018 stick electrodes, a 10 lb spool of ESAB 70S-6 .035 wire, a spare nozzle, diffuser and two contact tips, three sets of drive rolls, a material thickness guide, a spare .035 liner, and input plugs for both supply voltages.
