Quantity

The ESAB Rebel EMP 215ic (0558102240) is a single-phase DC multiprocess welder for MIG, flux-cored, stick and TIG, running on 120V or 230V with a current range of 5-150A on 120V and 5-240A on 230V. Its sMIG arc control adapts to the operator's technique.

Basic mode needs only wire diameter and material thickness, and Advanced mode gives full control of arc characteristics. A 4.3-inch color LCD displays settings, consumable part numbers and the user manual, and weld parameters can be stored. MIG mode adds voltage trim, inductance, burnback and pre/post-flow adjustment; stick mode has hot start and arc force; TIG uses lift arc. The machine takes .023-.045 in wire, welds plate up to 3/8 in and weighs 40 lbs. It is DC only and will not TIG weld aluminum.

Included are the power source, a 10 ft Tweco Fusion 180 MIG gun, a 13 ft Tweco 200A electrode holder, a Tweco ground clamp with leads, a spare MIG parts kit with contact tips and drive rolls, four 6013 stick electrodes, a 2 lb 4 in spool of ESAB 70S-6 .030 wire, a Tweco TIG torch (W4013802) with accessories, a Victor argon flow gauge regulator with 12.5 ft hose, and 120V and 230V adapter plugs.
