ESAB EMP 210 Multi-Process Welder (0700503200)
The ESAB EMP 210 (0700503200) is a dual-voltage 115/230V multi-process welder for MIG, stick and DC TIG, with a 10-200 amp range and a weight of 28.7 lbs. It comes with a MIG gun, TIG torch, electrode holder, regulator and starter wire.
Voltage and amperage are set with an infinite dial, and wire feed speed, amperage and voltage are controlled independently. Other adjustments include pre- and post-flow, variable inductance, arc force and wire jog, with 2T/4T trigger hold to reduce hand fatigue in MIG. Spool gun auto detect shortens setup when switching to aluminum welding, and a cast drive system and thermal overload protection are built in. The machine can run from a 10 kW generator in the field. TIG is DC only, so aluminum cannot be TIG welded.
Included are the EMP 210 power source, a Fusion 180 MIG gun that takes Velocity consumables, a Tweco 17V TIG torch with 50 mm Dinse connector and accessory kit, a Tweco electrode holder, ground clamp, argon/CO2 regulator with gas hose, a 115V/230V power adapter, a 2 lb spool of 70S6 wire, and .024/.030 and .030/.035 drive rolls.
