ESAB EM 210 MIG Only Welder, 200 A Dual Voltage (0700501200)

The ESAB EM 210 (0700501200) is a dual-voltage MIG and flux-cored welder with a 30-200 A output range and a weight of 28.7 lbs. It welds plate up to 3/8 in and detects a spool gun automatically for aluminum work.

Voltage and amperage are set with an infinite dial on a straightforward interface, and wire feed speed runs from 80 to 450 ipm. MIG duty cycle is 40% at 90 A on 115 V and 15% at 200 A on 230 V. In the field it can be powered from a 10 kW generator.

The package includes the EM 210 power source, a Fusion 180 MIG gun that accepts Velocity consumables, a Tweco 17V TIG torch with 50 mm Dinse and accessory kit, a Tweco electrode holder, ground clamp, argon/CO2 regulator with gas hose, 115 V/230 V power adapter, a 2 lb spool of 70S6 wire and .024/.030 and .030/.035 drive rolls.
