ESAB EMP 215ic MIG/Stick/TIG Welder

The ESAB Rebel EMP 215ic is a single-phase DC multiprocess welder for MIG, flux-cored, stick and TIG work on 120V or 230V input, with up to 240 amps of output. Its sMIG arc control tracks the arc and adapts to the operator's technique.

Basic mode needs only the wire diameter and material thickness, while Advanced mode opens up full control of the arc characteristics. A 4.3-inch color LCD shows settings and gives access to consumable part numbers and the user manual, and weld parameters can be stored. MIG mode adds voltage trim, inductance, burnback and pre/post-flow adjustment; stick mode has hot start and arc force; TIG uses lift arc starting. Trigger lock offers 2T and 4T. The machine is DC only, so it cannot TIG weld aluminum.
