Cummins Onan Marine QD 22.5MDKDT-8251A Generator, 22.5 kW, 50 Hz, 24V
The Cummins Onan Marine QD 22.5MDKDT-8251A is a marine generator producing 22.5 kW at 50 Hz, running at 1500 RPM with a 24-volt system. Electronic controls supervise its essential functions and stop the set by themselves when a fault is detected.
Whenever the controller detects a problem, it shuts the generator down to avoid damage and makes diagnostic information available for quick troubleshooting. Shutdown is triggered by high cooling water temperature, high exhaust temperature, low oil pressure, poor cooling water flow, overspeed, long start time, and low or high AC voltage and AC frequency.
