Bukh DV36RME 36 HP Lifeboat Marine Diesel Engine & Gearbox Package

The Bukh DV36RME is a new, crated three-cylinder marine diesel rated 36 HP and intended for lifeboats. It is keel cooled and packaged with a PRM gearbox, control panel, wiring harness and 12V electrical system.

Standard equipment includes a reverse-reduction gear, wet sump lubrication with pre and main full-flow filters, keel cooling with thermostat and keel-cooling fittings, an air inlet filter, fuel lift pump and centrifugal governor. It has electric start, a charging alternator with double diode, a water-cooled exhaust manifold, dry exhaust fitting, zinc anode protection, a lube oil drain pump, remote control fittings and an up-side-down valve, and comes with a standard tool set and operating manual.

The remote operating panel includes charging, lube oil pressure and cooling water temperature warning lights, a start/stop push button and an audible warning. Options include a gauge panel with tachometer, temperature and oil pressure, a dry-running spray pump for fire-protected lifeboats, battery switch, remote control, 3-blade propeller, propeller shaft, sterntube parts, shaft coupling and six SOLAS approved starting systems.
