Baudouin 12M26.3 1200–1650 HP V12 Heavy Duty Marine Diesel Engine Package
The Baudouin 12M26.3 is a new 31.8L twelve-cylinder V12 heavy-duty marine diesel engine, turbocharged, intercooled and heat exchanger cooled. Five ratings run from 1200 hp (883 kW) at 1,800 RPM to 1650 hp at 2,300 RPM, and the package includes instrumentation.
Ratings are 1200 hp (883 kW) and 1320 hp (970 kW) at 1,800 RPM, 1400 hp (1030 kW) at 2,100 RPM, 1500 hp (1104 kW) at 2,200 RPM and 1650 hp at 2,300 RPM. Fresh-water heat exchanger cooling is standard with keel or skin tank cooling as an alternative, and gearbox options are offered. It has an SAE 0 flywheel housing with an SAE 18-inch flywheel, electric start, commercial oil type and a weight of 3215 kg without gearbox and fluids.
