Achilles HB-270AX HB-AX Series Deluxe Aluminum RIB Inflatable Boat, 2022

The Achilles HB-270AX is an 8'10" rigid inflatable boat with Hypalon tubes and a powder-coated aluminum hull, the smallest of the deluxe HB-AX series. It takes up to a 10 HP short-shaft outboard, weighs 118 lbs and carries 4 persons or 990 lbs.

A full-length deck liner gives the 270AX a flat interior, and a bow locker provides storage. The aluminum hull has non-skid patches and a keel guard for beach landings and launching, and the tubes use Achilles pearl grey Hypalon reinforced fabric with four-layer seams.

Fittings include a fold-down locking oar system, towing bridle D-rings, a welded bow eye, an inside davit lifting bow eye, stern-mounted davit lifting eyes, transom towing eyes, carry and helmsman handles, extra seat attachment patches and a bailer valve. A removable rowing seat, a foot pump and a maintenance kit are included.
