Achilles HB-240AL HB-AL Series Aluminum RIB Inflatable Boat, 2022

The Achilles HB-240AL is the smallest RIB in the HB-AL series: a 7'10" boat with a powder-coated aluminum hull and Hypalon tubes. It is rated for a 6 HP short-shaft outboard, weighs 88 lbs dry and carries 3 persons or 880 lbs.

Achilles builds the tubeset from pearl grey Hypalon reinforced fabric with four-layer seams. The aluminum hull carries non-skid patches and a keel guard, which suits a light tender that is regularly landed on beaches.

The boat comes with a fold-down locking oar system, towing bridle D-rings, a welded bow eye, an inside davit lifting bow eye, stern-mounted davit lifting eyes, transom towing eyes, carry and helmsman handles and a bailer valve. Included are a removable rowing seat, a foot pump and a maintenance kit.
