The 2023 Tahoe 185 S is a 5.61 m composite boat packaged with a Mercury 115 EXLPT Pro XS FourStroke outboard. It is rated for up to 150 HP and 8 persons, carries 90.84 l of fuel and comes on a custom-fit single-axle trailer with disc brakes.

The hull uses the POWERGLIDE design with a reverse chine and HYDROSTEP strakes, hand-laid with a foam-filled fiberglass stringer system, and the hull and deck are both chemically bonded and mechanically fastened. The helm has SeaStar hydraulic steering, a sport wheel, a digital depth sounder and gauges for speed, RPM, fuel, trim, water pressure and voltage, behind a walk-thru tempered glass windshield.
